Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, dog treats cannot be returned. All items are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective.

Please check your order upon arrival to ensure all items match your receipt.
If you receive an incorrect item, do not open it. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened, tampered-with, or non-original-condition products.
If your treats arrive damaged (excluding naturally broken treats), contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

For products bought anywhere other than wagstertreats.com, please contact the original retailer. A receipt may be required.
